Dell One Identity Manager 7 – New Features – Schema
Dell One Identity Manager 7 (D1IM) was released and following are the Schema new features:
– Complete restructuring and modularization of the One Identity Manager schema.
– The DBScheduler has been replaced by the DBQueue Processor and complete rework of DBQueue task processing.
— Support for multiple parallel slots. The number is calculated from the specifications the hardware available and the current load on the database server.
— Additional support for multi-processing
— Execution of processing tasks in parallel.
— Flexible usage of parallelization depending on available resources.
– Improved handling of UIDs.
— IDs are labeled with module information.
— UIDs are unique throughout the entire life cycle of an object.
– Use of dynamic foreign key for assigning different object types.
– Simplified customizing of the One Identity Manager default configuration to suit customer requirements.The default configuration is moved to the configuration store when changes are made
and can be restored is necessary.
– Lock single properties before overwriting through transport for direct editing.
