Mexico-based SIASA (or “Sistemas Integrales de Automatización”) has announced a new biometric tablet aimed at the enterprise.

Dubbed the BioPad, the tablet is aimed at addressing companies’ identity and access management needs. To that end, it features a FAP 30 fingerprint sensor from Suprema ID, in the form of the BioMini Slim 3 module.

The latest entry in Suprema’s BioMini Slim line of ultra-thin scanners, BioMini Slim 3 delivers a large fingerprint sensing area allowing it to capture high-quality fingerprint images.
