ForgeRock’s Latest IRM Platform Gets Updates for Multi-Channel, Self-Service, Quick Configuration

ForgeRock Inc., a provider of open-platform identity relationship management (IRM) solutions is shipping a fully updated ForgeRock Identity Platform with a new version of its components for Access Management (OpenAM 12.0), Identity Management (OpenIDM 3.1) and Idenity gateway (OpenIG 3.1).

The new features will accelerate IT service delivery and help enterprises better understand and manage the relationships between people, devices, services and things, in today’s connected world, according to ForgeRock CEO Mike Ellis, noting that those companies that use identity-centric design can rapidly enable new cloud, mobile and Internet of Things services to offer a better customer experience across all channels.
