The good point is that oracle provides sufficient documentation to complete your installation. We will not cover these details but we’ll tell you what are the steps required to get the OIM installation completed.

1. Check system requirements
o  Check memory requirements
o Check disk requirements
o Check CPU Requirements

2. Install Database for Oracle Identity and Access Management
o It requires configuring your database to use AL32UTF8 character set encoding

3. Run Repository Creation Utility to create schemas
o You must use a user with SYSDBA privileges such as SYS

4. Install Oracle WebLogic server

5. Install Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) 11.1.1.3

6. Install SOA Suite 11.1.1.2.0

7. Upgrade SOA Suite to 11.1.1.3.0

8. Configure Identity and Access Management and create your WebLogic domain

9. Configure Oracle Identity Manager server

At the end of your installation you can access to the different web sites using the default URLS.

The default admin_server_port is 7001, soa_server_port is 8001,oim_server_port is 14000, and oam_server_port is 14100.

http://localhost:7001/console is to check if WebLogic console is configured and running.

http://localhost:/em is to check if Fusion Middleware Control is configured and running.

http://localhost:14100/oamconsole is to check if Oracle Access Manager console is configured and running.

http://localhost:14000/oim is to check if Oracle Identity Manager is configured and running.

http://localhost:8001/soa-infra is to check if SOA Suite is configured and running.

http://localhost:14100/oam is to check if Oracle Access Manager server is configured and running.
