Anti-fraud company LaserLock TechnologiesLaserLock Refreshes Management, Tech, Brand has undergone a major restructuring and rebranding. Currently in the process of changing its name to VerifyMe, the company has acquired crucial technology assets and welcomes a new senior management team.

aserLock had been licensing its main authentication product from a separate company called VerifyMe. Now, it has purchased VerifyMe’s technology portfolio, which includes patents related to biometrics, liveness detection, risk assessment, and duress protection.
