Sometimes you need to modify a user not thru the UI using the traditional admin interface, but using the debug interface.

To do that you need to follow the next steps:

Login to the Sailpoint website.

Go to the debug interface for Sailpoint.

Select the Identity from the drop-down list and click on the list button.

The list of existing user is displayed, here select the user you want to modify and click on the link

As you can see on the image below, now you edit/modify the user information on XML format.

You probably noticed that this forms are similar to the one included in the Oracle Waveset ( formerly known as Sun Identity Manager ), Sailpont Identity Manager is in some way similar to the SUn Identity Manager, but the latest version provide a better UI and better functionality with some other major changes.
