Password manager OneLogin buys identity management startup Portadi

Password management business OneLogin said it acquired identity management startup Portadi on Monday for an undisclosed sum.

CEO Dusan Vitek co-founded the Santa Clara-based Portadi in 2014 to develop a cloud-based password management tool. Prior to the acquisition, the company raised an undisclosed round with participation from the Microsoft Accelerator. Portadi staffers will join the OneLogin team.
