A new version for the Quest One Identity Manager was released. The version is 6.1 and some enhancements included are:
- New server function “Default report server” available for generating reports and centralizing storage of reports.
- Information about the member of staff currently processing a Helpdesk call is recorded in the history.
- Assignments of employees to Identity Manager application roles can be done through dynamic roles.
- Search criteria for employee assignment can be linked with “AND” or “OR”.
- Improved appearance of compliance and policies.
- Requests can be canceled over the request history or the category “My most recent requests”.
- New approval workflow for approving requests for new categories.
- The Identity Manager Service can be installed remotely on selected servers using the menu item “Install service…”
- Improved performance reading and writing Lotus Notes databases.
- SAP Connector support for Microsoft .NET (NCo 3.0), Version 3.0.10.0. The 32-bit version is required for the .NET runtime environment version 2.0, even if the synchronization server has 64-bit architecture.
