SailPoint Release IdentityIQ 7.0

As announced during SailPoint Live in Amsterdam, SailPoint have released version 7.0 of their flagship product IdentityIQ. The first thing that users will notice is the updated user interface. The interface now combines the desktop and mobile experience in a single interface, although the “old” mobile user interface can still be used.

It may take a little time to get used to the new interface as the menu has been restructured and reorganized. Parts of the interface have been moved to new menu options. The opening page is no longer the dashboard with an inbox and outbox, but a new home screen with mobile-friendly widgets and links. It will take a few clicks to reach the familiar dashboard, which now no longer contains the quick links bar. The quick link bar has been moved to a hideable menu on the left side of the screen.
