Schemers are targeting the homeless and those down on their luck to do their dirty work. Authorities say this problem is nationwide.

It’s called Operation Homeless and the crime is gaining momentum.

Surveillance video shows a homeless man who was caught trying to cash counterfeit checks. Authorities are trying to get the word out to small business owners about what they call Operation Homeless.
