A new version 5.8.2 was recently released and one of the nice features that you can found is about modifying the email templates.
In previous version you had to go on each workflow and select the step Email user if workflows succeds or Email user if workflw fails in order to access the email content.
In the new version, now you have an option where you can find all these notification and easily update as your customer need it. You can find this option selecting the General Settings and Email Template
You can expand the workflow name and modify the email content.
Also, you can select the different languages drop-down button to met your customer internationalization.
