During an Identity Manager implementation, typically Employees are created under organization section defining where the department, cost center or location structure is defined. One population for your deployment are non-employees like vendors, contractors, students, etc. which are supported by the OneIM solution.

One Identity Manager provides a table structure that will allow implementer to use as container for non-employees companies.

  1. Open Manager tool and click Employees navigation tab. Scroll down and you will see the Business partners option under the Basic Configuration Data.

On this section you can add companies and define if they are Partner or suppliers.
